Mark Wade

Former President of Seacrest Services, Inc., one of South Florida’s largest property management companies, oversaw exponential growth during his tenure, expansion into new territories, investment in innovative systems and the creation of customer service related infrastructure. Under his direction the company’s yearly revenues expanded more than eight-fold from $4 million to more than $32 million.

Paul Licata

Working hand in hand with Wade, served as Vice President of Sales and Development. He was a key component to the company’s ongoing success. While keeping the focus on each Associations needs as the main priority, Licata was the driving force behind the innovative resources that set the company apart.
