Mark Wade

Former President of Seacrest Services, Inc., one of South Florida’s largest property management companies, Mark Wade oversaw monumental growth during his tenure. Under his strategic direction, he spearheaded expansion into new regional territories, championed heavy investment in innovative operational systems, and established a premier customer service infrastructure. His leadership transformed the company’s financial footprint, scaling yearly revenues more than eight-fold from $4 million to over $32 million. Today, he brings that same vision and executive expertise to driving the standard of excellence at Triton Property Management.

Paul Licata

Working hand in hand with Wade, Paul Licata served as the Vice President of Sales and Development, acting as a primary architect of the company’s ongoing success and market expansion. With an unwavering commitment to keeping the unique needs of each Association as the absolute priority, Licata was the driving force behind developing the innovative resources and tailored programs that set the company apart from competitors. His hands-on approach to client relations and operational execution ensures that Triton Property Management delivers unmatched service, communication, and follow-through.

Kinza Jones

An integral part of the Triton Property Management team since 2017, Kinza Jones has consistently demonstrated leadership, dedication, and a deep understanding of association needs. Recognizing these invaluable contributions to the company’s sustained success and regional expansion, Kinza was named an Owner in December 2025. Today, Kinza continues to drive innovation and high standard service infrastructure across South Florida communities.
