Local Impact

A home away from home, right down the street.

Triton Property Management proudly supports Quantum House, the only pediatric hospitality home between Orlando and Miami. It is a partnership that started long before Triton did, at a golf tournament our own family helped found.

Children united in healing. Families united in hope.

The connection

It started with a golf tournament

Nearly three decades ago, Ken Wade started a community golf tournament called the Shamrock Classic. When Quantum House was founded in 2001, the Classic became one of its signature fundraisers, and it has stayed that way ever since. In 2026, its twenty-fifth anniversary year, the event carries the family’s name: The Wade Family Shamrock Classic.

That family is our family. Mark Wade is the President and an Owner of Triton Property Management, and Triton has been a tournament sponsor and fielded a foursome alongside Ken Wade on the course. Supporting Quantum House was never a corporate giving decision made in a conference room. It came with the company.

“The Wade family has been a steadfast supporter of Quantum House since our earliest days. For 25 years they have generously used this tournament to rally our community around families facing pediatric medical crises.”
Greg Quattlebaum

President and CEO, Quantum House

“When we started the Shamrock Classic the goal was simple: bring good people together for a great day of golf while helping families who needed it most.”

Why this one

Why a management company backs a hospitality house

Property management is a business of small, unglamorous obligations kept on time. It teaches you quickly that what people actually need in a crisis is rarely dramatic. It is usually a door that opens, a bed that is ready, and someone who already knows their name.

That is precisely what Quantum House does. On the campus of St. Mary’s Medical Center it houses families whose children are in treatment, providing lodging, home-cooked meals, and family programming, so a parent can be minutes from a bedside instead of an hour down the interstate. It is the only pediatric healthcare hospitality home of its kind between Orlando and Miami, which means for most families in our region there is no second option. Guests are never turned away for financial hardship.

We manage over 75 community associations across Palm Beach, Martin, and Broward counties. Quantum House is the one address we support that is not one of them, and it is the one we would keep supporting if we managed none at all.

Three ways to help, any week of the year

Every one of these goes straight to Quantum House. Nothing passes through Triton.

Give

A one-time or recurring gift, or cover a family’s night through Pay for a Guest Stay. Quantum House is an independent 501(c)(3).

Volunteer

Shifts at the house, or at the Quantum House Resale Shop in Jupiter, which has funded the mission since 2020.

Cook

Be a Chef for a Day: bring a team, cook one dinner, and give every family in the house a night off.
